Heather Sawyer, FNP-C

Heather Sawyer is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the AANP. She began her career in the medical field after serving in the United States Army. Heather worked as an RN for almost 13 years in the Cardiac Critical Care Unit, ER, and LaPointe Soldier Medical Home. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University while continuing to care for the active duty population on Fort Campbell, KY. Heather is excited to continue to serve the Clarksville community as a member of the Joint and Spine Pain Center.
